Old Barn Organics was

products that are free of chemicals and toxins.
We have always taken great pride in the quality and effectiveness of all our
products. There is not a single product that we carry that we or one of our
family members use on a daily basis. If we won't use it, we will not sell it.

Internet orders are processed over an encrypted
connection to your computer to reduce the possibility of your important
information being intercepted by unwelcome eyes. When you first order, you will
be given an account number and password that is unique to you. Please remember
it for future orders. If you forget it, you may set up a new account when you
are ready to reorder.

We accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover and PayPal. Please do not mail cash.
Shipping Information
All orders received before 2:00 pm will usually
be
shipped the same day. Organic mattresses usually ship within 5-7 days.
Shipping charges will be displayed and added to your order when you checkout.
You may select shipping other than standard by giving us special shipping
instructions in the comment box on the order form. The shipping charge on your
electronic confirmation may, therefore, not reflect the charges for any extra
services as they are not added until actual time of shipment. If you have no
special requests, your confirmation will accurately reflect your total charges.
U.S. Mainland.
Shipping within the 48 contiguous states will
be made using UPS ground. UPS does not make delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please make
sure you have a physical address in your ship-to information. For faster
services, please note that desire in the comment box of the order form. We will
do all we can to accommodate your needs. Extra charges for these will be added
to your total at the time of shipment.

Shipments to these locations are made via US
Airmail Parcel Post service. Charges are based on the total weight of your
order. At the time you check out, you will be charged for ground shipping. The
additional shipping cost will be charged at the time of shipment. If you would
like an estimate of freight before you order, contact us for a shipping quote.
International and APO Shipments.
Ground shipping is charged at the time of
order. Actual shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and
the additional shipping cost will be charged at the time of shipping.
International shipments are shipped Air Mail
Parcel Post service. Faster delivery services are available by requesting them
in the comments box on your order form. Extra charges for these services will be
added to your total order at the time the order is shipped.

Old Barn Organics wants to ensure that its customers are 100% satisfied. If you need to return an item for any reason
please call us at 800 771-2246 to receive your Return Authorization
number. Any product returned without prior approval will be returned to shipper.
Refunds or exchange must be made within 60 days from date of purchase. Customer
is responsible for return shipping/freight charges.
